Fred Wright Senior Vice President, Cellular Networks and WiMAX, Motorola Home & Networks Mobility

Fred Wright, Senior Vice President, is responsible for Motorola's wireless broadband business. He also is head of Motorola's North America carrier market, a position he has held since late 1988, and Motorola's global iDEN worldwide infrastructure business. In addition, Fred oversees CDMA, Core and iDEN product management. Fred manages sales, marketing support, iDEN infrastructure development engineering, system planning and engineering, system integration, and system/call center and outage restoration support for iDEN and CDMA technologies. Fred has more than 37 years wireline and wireless telecommunications engineering, planning, operations and general management experience. He holds a bachelor's of science degree in math from the University of Nevada and a master's degree from the University of Chicago. He also has attended Harvard University's Advanced Management Program.

Ben Wolff is chief executive officer of Clearwire Corporation, a leading provider of wireless high-speed Internet services. Wolff's vision is to build and operate personal broadband networks that enable people to enjoy all that the Internet has to offer anytime and anywhere - essentially doing for the Internet what the cellular industry did for voice communications more than 20 years ago. Wolff has worked with Craig McCaw for more than a decade, serving in leadership and operational roles with various McCaw organizations. Under Wolff's leadership, Clearwire has become the largest operator of wireless broadband networks that offer true broadband performance, with more than 250,000 global subscribers and a mobile WiMAX spectrum portfolio covering more than 400 million people. Wolff also serves as president of Eagle River Holdings LLC, Craig McCaw's investment company; and as a director of ICO Global Communications (Holdings) Limited and ICO North America Inc. Previously, Wolff was a partner with the law firm of Davis Wright Tremaine LLP, where his practice focused on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and strategic alliance transactions.

Dan Moloney President, Motorola Home & Networks Mobility

Dan Moloney is executive vice president of Motorola, Inc. and president of the Company's Home & Networks Mobility business. Motorola's Home & Networks Mobility business develops wired and wireless broadband systems and devices that seamlessly enable uninterrupted access to information, entertainment and communication services. The business is a world leader in providing digital video set-tops and infrastructure, cable modems and consumer gateways, cellular infrastructure, and emerging wireless broadband technologies. Prior to his current position, Moloney was President of the Company's Connected Home Solutions business, which develops technologies, applications and services that create rich information, communication, and entertainment experiences in and around the home. Moloney joined Motorola, then General Instrument Corporation, in 1983 as a member of the corporate financial and planning staff. A 20-year veteran, he has served in various leadership positions for the Company in marketing, product management, finance and strategy. Moloney is also an honorary board member of Cable Positive.

WiMAX -- The Technology Roadmap for Mobile Internet

Siavash M. Alamouti Intel Fellow, Mobility Group; Chief Technology Officer, Mobility Wireless Group, Intel Corporation

Siavash M. Alamouti is an Intel Fellow in the Mobility Group and chief technology officer of the Mobile Wireless Group, responsible for all wireless standards with a product roadmap at Intel. This includes the WiMAX Forum, IEEE 802.16, 3GPP, OMA, WiFi Alliance and IEEE 802.11. He is also known as the technical champion of WiMAX technology at Intel. Prior to joining Intel in 2004, Alamouti worked for Vivato Inc., Cadence Design Systems, AT&T Wireless Services and MPR Teltech Ltd. in various engineering roles. Alamouti completed his graduate studies in electrical engineering at the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada. He is recognized by the IEEE Communications Society as the author of one of the best 57 papers in the past 50 years of the Society's history. He is most well known for the invention of "the Alamouti code" which is included in a number of wireless standards.

Scott Wickware General Manager, WiMAX, Nortel

As Vice-President, Marketing and Strategy for Nortel’s Carrier Networks business, Scott is responsible for charting the overall business and Go To Market strategy for Nortel’s largest business. Additionally, he is responsible for all aspects of commercial, product and strategic marketing. Scott has offices in both Châteaufort (Paris), France and Richardson (Dallas), Texas, USA. Scott joined Nortel Networks from IBM in 1992. Prior to his current appointment, he held various technical, management and executive positions within Nortel in functions including engineering, technical sales, product management, sales and marketing. Scott is a Canadian citizen and has lived and managed organizations in Canada, France, the UK, Singapore and Australia. He was most recently responsible for business operations of the EMEA sales region for Nortel’s entire portfolio.

Prateek Pashine Chief Operating Officer, TATA Communications Internet Services Limited

An Electronics Engineer and MBA in Corporate Strategy and Marketing, Prateek has started his career in 1995 with the Tata Group. After working in diverse industries within the Group, he moved to Tata Communications (then VSNL), after Tata’s acquired it in 1992. He was responsible for setting up VSNL Lanka operations and served as Director on the VSNL Lanka Board for two years. He has worked on various Committees set up by the Government of India to explore options on broadband initiatives with other countries. Prateek is a recipient of the prestigious Fullbright Scholarship of US and was selected to attend Fulbright-CII Fellowship programme for Leadership in Management at the Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, USA, in 2006. He is the Co-Chairman and Board Member on the board of WBA (Wireless Broadband Alliance), a Global organization having leading Wireless Broadband Operators from across the World as its members.

Having led initiatives in so many markets, Mr Chung established close working ties with a number of major North & South America carriers. He has since accomplished a lot of dramatic business development such as Sprint, Mci, Covad etc. Prior to joining Samsung, he worked for SK Telecom over 9 years in Systems Engineering, global operation and new business development areas. He also worked for Nexian and AirLynx for development of portable devices for cellular systems.
	Dennis Sverdlov Chief Executive Officer, Scartel LLC	Scartel has been incorporated in 2007 to provide the mobile services based upon the cutting edge 4G Mobile WiMAX mobile broadband technology. Scartel considers mobile services as a base of its business. Company treats Mobile WiMAX as a tool to deliver such services. Scartel has deployed its first Mobile WiMAX (IEEE 802.16e-2005) networks in Moscow and St. Petersburg in the 2.5-2.7 GHz frequency band. By the end of 2008 the company plans to provide a full network coverage of Moscow region and St. Petersburg region with total population of more than 20 million. Scartel is owned by WIMAX Holding Ltd. WIMAX Holding Ltd also owns Scartel Star Lab (the mobile services RnD center) and More media content aggregator. Scartel is headquartered in St. Petersburg with its second office in Moscow. Company employs 420 staff.

Atish Gude SVP Mobile Broadband Operations for Sprint Nextel’s XOHM Business Unit

Atish Gude serves as the senior vice president of Mobile Broadband Operations in the XOHM business unit at Sprint Nextel. Sprint selected mobile WiMAX as the technology platform for building its next-generation mobile broadband business. Atish was appointed the head of operations to build and run operations. In this role, he is responsible for building the network and operations, including sales, marketing, product and service delivery, network and customer management. Prior to this role, Atish was the senior vice president of Corporate Strategy for Sprint Nextel. Atish's team has driven the company's three-year strategic plan. This includes the company's SmartGrowth coverage strategy for managing growth and profitability, managing Sprint's Balanced Scorecard and performance metrics, and developing Sprint's broadband strategy, including managing two market trials.

First Commercial Rollout of Mobile Internet Service in the US

	Tzvika Friedman CEO, Alvarion	Mr. Tzvika Friedman was appointed Alvarion’s Chief Executive Officer in October 2005. Beginning in 2000 with Floware and continuing in Alvarion as President and Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Friedman has been responsible for a myriad of facets in the company's daily management, including R&D, operations, sales, marketing and customer service. He has been the driving force behind augmenting these activities in a company undergoing transition of consolidation from two companies, and subsequent acquisitions and incorporations of product lines of Innowave and Interwave. In the previous years, he filled roles as Corporate Vice President and General Manager of the Next Generation Telephony and DCME division of ECI Telecom and as Vice President of Marketing and Sales of ECI Telecom's SDH division. Mr. Friedman earned a bachelors and masters of science in electrical engineering summa cum laude from Tel Aviv University and also graduated with distinction with a masters in science from the Sloan Program of Management from the London Business School.
	Kelley Dunne CEO, DigitalBridge Communications	P. Kelley Dunne was formerly Executive Vice President, Operations for Verizon Avenue, the Verizon subsidiary focused on providing bundled communications services to concentrated communities nationwide. Mr. Dunne's responsibilities included leadership of Network Operations, Program Management, Customer Care, and Field Operations for Verizon's multi-dwelling unit and concentrated community markets. He was also responsible for initiating and leading Verizon's rural broadband trials nationwide. Previously, Mr. Dunne held positions as Vice President of HR, Vice President of Provisioning and Customer Care, and Director of Carrier Services at OnePoint Communications prior to Verizon's acquisition of OnePoint in 2000. Mr. Dunne has over 15 years experience in the field of telecommunications, including 7 years with AT&T and Bell Labs, where he held management positions in Network Operations, Data Network Planning, and Network Security. In addition, Mr. Dunne served as an enlisted serviceman and later as an Army Officer in the US Army's Signal Corps.

Sue Spradley President, North America, Nokia Siemens Networks

Sue Spradley leads the North American region and its Customer and Market Operations for Nokia Siemens Networks. She joined the company in July 2007. Sue has more than 20 years of experience in services, operations, sales, customer service and global product line management in the telecommunications industry. Prior to joining Nokia Siemens Networks, Sue was president of Nortel Global Services and Operations responsible for technical engineering, manufacturing and supply chain management. Other roles at Nortel since she joined them in 1997 included president of Global Product Line Management and North America Sales and vice president of Customer Service and Operations.
